Raiderettes to Host Summer Camp Next Month

The Las Vegas Raiders' cheerleading group, the Raiderettes, are hosting a summer camp for children ages 3-12 in July.

The Las Vegas Raiders announced on Monday that the Raiderettes will be hosting a summer camp in July for children between the ages of 3 and 12.

There will be two sessions. One will be for the 3-8 age group and will go from July 5 to July 7. The other will be for ages 9-12 and be held from July 11 to July 13.

Both sessions will take place at The Studio in Henderson.

Days 1 and 2 will entail instruction, with the third and final day involving a live performance for the campers to carry out in front of their families.

Included with the camp will be a bow, poms-poms, and a shirt for the campers, as well as provided snacks and lunch.

The Raiderettes are the NFL's most iconic cheerleading group.

Dating back to the 1960s, their history is as rich as the franchise's.

The Studio is the Raiderettes' headquarters and is right near Intermountain Healthcare Performance Center, the Raiders' practice facility.
