New Raiders offensive coordinator Tom Telesco spoke about what he learned from his tenure in Chicago with the Bears by saying: "Yeah, I mean, experience is the best thing you can get, right? It's what we talk about with quarterbacks all the time -- you getting on that game film, there's nothing like it. And that game experience gives you the most to grow from and it's the same thing with me. Every game, I found my way, I found my way to get through the process a little bit cleaner each and every week. And from season one to season two, and the way that we were able to help those guys you know in season two -- guys like DJ [Moore] and Cole [Kmet] had the best seasons of their careers. That's something that's a really cool thing that we were able to do and continue to grow there. And it's always about getting better every single day, right? So, whether it's in the upstairs as an offensive staff, or whether it's when you're with your players, everything is always about getting better every single day. Being able to stick to that and hold true to that was something that I was really proud of."

The NFL Draft will be held in Detroit, Mich., on April 25-27, 2024. The Las Vegas Raiders currently hold the No. 13 overall pick.
