DETROIT, Mich.--The Las Vegas Raiders (3-4) are headed to the Motor City on Monday Night to take on the Detroit Lions (5-2) in desperate need of seeing their $102-million offense emerge.

After practice, quarterback  Jimmy Garoppolo discussed what it would take for the Silver and Black to get out of their doldrums and get hot.  

"I mean, I've been on a couple of different ones," Garoppolo said. "It's not always the exact same thing. I think like I just said, it starts with the guys in that locker room. I mean, when we could all come in and speak the same language, see the same picture, really be on the same page with one another, that's when you can really start taking things to the next level. And just in my little experience in the NFL, I mean, that's what it takes. You have to be in it together, you have to be pulling for the guy next to you. You can't be doing it for different reasons. And I think we have a good group and guys are learning that about each other. This team hasn't been together forever, but we have to learn quick and come together."

The Silver and Black will stay on the road to take on the Detroit Lions on Monday night, Oct. 30, at 8:15 p.m. EDT/5:15 p.m. PDT.
