Podcast: What to Expect, Raiders vs. Packers
LAS VEGAS, Nev.--The Las Vegas Raiders (1-3) desperately need a victory tonight as they play host to the Green Bay Packers (2-2)
Our latest episode of the Las Vegas Raiders Insider Podcast discusses what you can expect from tonight's Monday Night Football game vs. the Green Bay Packers.

There are five big areas that I want to see:
No. 1: The Las Vegas Raiders coaching staff must improve in this game. While Coach Josh McDaniels has a solid staff, not all of them are, and there is no room for caching blunders tonight.
No. 2: I want to see the Silver and Black's $102-million offense perform like it.
No. 3: Discipline is the game's name -- liminating stupid penalties and failure to execute.
No. 4: The defense continues to perform and get better. While not as bad as they have been eviscerated for, there is significant room for improvement without going backward.
No. 5: Raider Nation needs a win; these fans deserve it. The Raiders' organization needs a win to feel good about itself and the direction, and I want to see a success tonight.
The Silver and Black return home to Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas tonight to play the Green Bay Packers at 8:15 p.m. EDT/5:15 p.m. PDT.
