In this story:

HENDERSON, Nev.--Robert Spillane, a free agent linebacker signed by the Las Vegas Raiders, is a highly talented and often overlooked star in the NFL.

Despite not receiving as much recognition as some of his counterparts, Spillane has consistently showcased his exceptional skills and will significantly contribute to the Raiders' success in 2023.

Since joining the team, Spillane has been a force to be reckoned with on the field, displaying remarkable agility, strength, vision, and football IQ. His exceptional tackling technique and ability to read opposing offenses make him a formidable opponent for any offensive player.

You can watch the entire podcast below:

Spillane's dedication to his craft is evident through his relentless work ethic and commitment to the team. He consistently puts in the extra hours of practice, always striving to improve his skills and contribute to the success of the Raiders.

Additionally, Spillane's leadership qualities and positive attitude make him a valuable asset in the locker room. His teammates admire his unwavering determination and willingness to go above and beyond for the team's benefit.

Spillane's impact on the field in Pittsburgh was undeniable. His ability to disrupt opposing offenses and make game-changing plays will be instrumental in the Raiders' success.

Spillane is an invaluable team member with each tackle, interception, and fumble recovery. Despite the lack of recognition he often receives, it is clear that Robert Spillane is more than deserving of the title of an overlooked star in the NFL.

Divine Deablo said of Spillane's impact already on the Silver and Black: "I love Spill [Robert Spillane]. He comes to work every day. Even when they take us off the field he's like: 'No Deablo, let's go get some more.' So, Spill is an amazing guy, and I know he's going to help me get better."

The Pittsburgh Steelers desperately wanted to keep Spillane, and I asked him about eventually selecting the Las Vegas Raiders as his new home. "It was more about how excited the Raiders were when they called me during free agency. I truly felt that love from the organization from the first second I got on the phone with Dave Ziegler and Coach [McDaniels], and even a guy like Maxx Crosby reaching out and giving me a call means a lot. So, feeling like I was walking into a family made it feel like it was OK to leave Pittsburgh for me."
