HENDERSON, Nev.--The Las Vegas Raiders players have the day off after the first two days in pads and abnormally physical practices.

Usually, in training camp, coaches constantly remind players to be cautious with physicality. Still, Coach Josh McDaniels is out to change the narrative of the Silver and Black, and he wants the once-feared eye patch to carry the intimidation of the past.

In today's episode, we tackle a myriad of issues, including:

· Earlier this week, there was a trash-talking incident between defensive end Maxx Crosby and quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo.

· What happened, why did Crosby run afterward, and was it good for the team?

· One rookie defender wanted to go one-on-one with wide receiver Davante Adams; the result was expected. What happened afterward should excited Raider Nation.
