Last season was a rebound year for the Los Angeles Rams with a 10-7 record and a return to the playoffs after a one-year absence. What will 2024 bring? That has yet to be determined, but it all starts with this offseason.

Just as important as player acquisitions through free agency and the draft, are offseason workouts.

With so much work to do before the new season kicks off, the Rams should be anxious to get back to their practice facility and start preparations for 2024.

The first day of the team's return to the facility is April 15 when players will report for the first time this season. No team drills are allowed for the first five weeks but meetings, strength and conditioning and individual on-field work will take place.

On May 20, Organized team activities (OTAs) begin through the following dates: May 20-21, May 23, May 28-29, May 31 and June 3-6. This will include offense vs. defense drills with 7-on-7, 9-on-9, and 11-on-11 practices.

Mandatory minicamp begins June 10 and proceeds through June 12 before the Rams break for the summer.

There will be one distinct difference between this season and prior offseasons. Future Hall of Fame defensive tackle Aaron Donald won't be there. At least not as a member of the active roster.
