Are Aaron Donald and Tutu Playing for Rams?
As of Friday, the Los Angeles Rams felt pretty good about the availability of receiver Tutu Atwell and defensive tackle Aaron Donald in terms of playing on Sunday against the Washington Commanders.
As of Sunday morning? One out of two will apparently have to do.
Atwell has been in concussion protocol, and on Friday, coach Sean McVay painted an upbeat picture.
“He’ll be questionable for the game, but he’s going to take part in individual and then we’ll see what that leaves for his game status,” McVay said. “He has not cleared the full protocol quite yet. There are still some steps that he needs to be able to go through and then we’ll see where we are at if that’s taken care of.”

While it was a good sign that he was far enough into the league’s concussion protocol to be a full participant, reports now say Tutu is out for the 6-6 Rams game against the Commanders.
Los Angeles on the other hand apparently feels good about Donald, who was downgraded to questionable on Saturday with groin tightness ... but who is now expected to play versus the Commanders.
