Los Angeles Rams Dominate Colts in First Half Thrashing
The Los Angeles Rams suffered a disappointing loss in prime time last Monday night against the Cincinnati Bengals, in which their offense was stagnant and ineffective.
However, on Sunday against the Indianapolis Colts, things looked totally different for Sean McVay and company, with the Rams jumping out to a 20-0 lead heading into the locker room at halftime.
Things got off to a quick start for the Rams, who went nine plays and 75 yards, capping things off with a Kyren Williams rushing touchdown on their opening drive.
And after forcing a Colts punt on the next drive, the Rams were right back at it, marching 94 yards on 10 plays, and scoring their second touchdown of the day on another Kyren Williams score.
The Rams went on to add two more Brett Maher field goals after that, including a 54-yarder to put them up 20-0.

The Colts would have one opportunity to get on the board before halftime, but Matt Gay - the former Rams kicker - would miss from 47 yards out.
For the half, quarterback Matthew Stafford was efficient and sharp, completing 14 of 18 passes for 185 yards.
And as has been the case through the first three weeks of the season leading up to Sunday, rookie Puka Nacua was his go-to guy, with Stafford hitting him five times for 98 yards on six targets.
But it was the aforementioned Williams who was the spark for L.A. rushing 17 times for 76 yards and the two scores.
The Rams will hope to continue their dominant offensive effort in the second half, as they quest toward getting back to .500 for the season.
