Los Angeles Rams Earn Critical Win Over Cleveland Browns
The Los Angeles Rams are officially on a winning streak.
Following back-to-back wins over the Seattle Seahawks and Arizona Cardinals, the Rams earned their third-straight win on Sunday, taking down the Cleveland Browns 36-19 at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles.
The win not only keeps the Rams alive in the race for an NFC Wild Card spot but brings them back to the .500 mark for the first time since a mid-October win over Arizona.
The win also brought the Rams into a tie for second place in the NFC West with the Seahawks - a team that L.A. will hold a tiebreaker over after beating them twice already this season.
It was a group affair on Sunday for the Rams, with quarterback Matthew Stafford wheeling and dealing to the tune of 279 yards and three touchdowns while completing passes to seven different receivers.
At the head of that receiver list was rookie sensation Puka Nacua, who caught four passes for 105 yards and a touchdown. And he did so despite suffering a painful rib injury in the first half.
Cooper Kupp and DeMarcus Robinson hauled in the other two scores for the Rams, with Robinson's being the first of his tenure with L.A.
Meanwhile, Rams running back Kyren Williams was also a key part of the offensive attack, rushing 21 times for 88 yards and score, and catching three passes for 24 yards.
With the win now in their pocket, the Rams will turn their attention east, where they will face off with the Baltimore Ravens at M&T Bank Stadium.
And after that, the Rams will get three-straight opponents with losing records, before their massive season finale showdown with the 49ers in San Francisco.
