Rams Open Practices: Fans Theme Days for Training Camp

The Rams will host seven open practices from July 29 to Aug. 8

The Los Angeles Rams announced the themes of every open training camp practice from July 29 to Aug. 8. Training camp will take place on Crawford Field at UC Irvine.

The Rams are hoping to rebound from last season's dreadful Super Bowl hangover. Injuries to key players like quarterback Matthew Stafford, receiver Cooper Kupp and defensive tackle Aaron Donald were primary reasons for Los Angeles' failures, but they are all healthy once again.

However, the Rams roster hasn't changed much since they were eliminated from playoff contention last season. They will be relying on Stafford, Kupp and Donald once again, but will need a lot more players to step up if they want to make an underdog run in the NFC West. The journey to accomplish these goals will start on July 29.
