The Los Angeles Rams were hit with a flurry of injuries all at once, which is less-than-ideal in a playoff scenario.

Not only have quarterback Matthew Stafford and running back Kyren Williams been hobbled in the second half, but according to NBC's "Sunday Night Football" broadcast, rookie wide receiver sensation Puka Nacua headed to the medical tent on the sideline before re-entering the game following an evaluation.

Nacua was slow to get up following a reception on a possession that ended in a Rams field goal late in the third quarter. He was hit and driven out of bounds in the red zone towards the end of the drive.
