Following the conclusion of this past NFL season, fans were treated to a documentary-style show that we'd never seen before in the NFL.

Thanks to Peyton Manning's Omaha Productions and Netflix releasing "Quarterback", NFL fans were able to get an inside look into the lives of three quarterbacks during the NFL season. The show followed the day-to-day lives of MVP and Super Bowl champ Patrick Mahomes, Kirk Cousins, and journeyman Marcus Mariota. The show followed them in every aspect imaginable, as they had cameras on the sidelines of games and even got to follow the stars home allowing for fans to see what their off-the-field life is like as well.

Despite the fact that the first season was such a hit, Manning and company were having issues getting players to want to be in the second. One of the players who initially denied being in the first season, but is reported to be featured in the second is Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford

The show was inspired by Netflix's show “Drive to Survive”, which provided a behind-the-scenes look at Formula 1 racing which generated plenty of attention and interest to the sport. The report indicated that Stafford has already been in the process of filming, and was even mic'd up for the Rams' Week 1 victory over the Seattle Seahawks.

Another quarterback who was reportedly on the show is Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow, but he has since been added to the list of players who are believed to have passed.

Many quarterbacks likely view it as a distraction, clearly, Stafford isn't worried about having a camera crew around him as he looks to lead the Rams back to the Super Bowl.
