CBS Sports ranked last year's NFL Draft classes and while the Ravens weren't near the top, they weren't near the bottom either.

17. Baltimore Ravens
Year 1 Hits: Zay Flowers
108 Targets, 77 Catches, 858 Rec Yards, 5 Rec TD

"Flowers made noticeable contributions to the Ravens' boosted passing attack. His 21 missed tackles forced was fourth among all receivers in football in 2023. After his selection in the first round, Baltimore, with an uncharacteristically small class, didn't get much impact, and fifth-round pick, cornerback Kyu Blu Kelly, didn't even make the team out of camp."

Flowers was an immediate contributor to a revamped Baltimore passing attack that included a couple of free agents brought in to appease newly re-signed quarterback Lamar Jackson.

The Ravens third-round pick, linebacker Trenton Simpson didn't put up a ton of numbers because he was playing behind All-Pros in Roquan Smith and Patrick Queen. With the latter expected in his free agency, is there a chance that Baltimore will give Simpson more opportunities in his second year? That will certainly be on the table in 2024.

Anthony Weaver Hints At Bringing Ravens Scheme to Miami

In the fourth round, Baltimore selected edge rusher Tavius Robinson who recorded a single sack in 2023 despite being buried on the depth chart. His development will be a big storyline this camp because the Ravens have several veteran free agents at his position who may not return. If the team is confident he can improve into his second year, this will be a great value pick.

Sixth-round pick, tackle Malaesala Aumavae-Laulu and seventh-round pick, guard Andrew Vorhees didn't see a lot of playing time due to being buried on the depth chart. They'll probably be evaluated better this offseason.
