Baltimore Ravens rival and Cleveland Browns tight end David Njoku made an unusual purpose.

Well, unusual for most people, but maybe not for highly paid professional athletes. Dallas Mavericks and NBA star Luca Doncic was the first to purchase the 'apocalypse-proof" Jeep that he showcased last season in Dallas.

Now, Njoku has his own.

It was just in time for the solar eclipse that ran across the central part of the United States, including the Cleveland metropolitan area. Conspiracy theorists went into "end of world" mode for the eclipse - something that won't happen again for another 20 years.

Njoku wanted to be prepared ... in case they were right.

The thought from certain individuals was that the darkness from the eclipse would transport humanity into an alternate universe - a type of apocalypse. It's unclear how the Jeep would've prevented anything like that from happening, but apparently, Doncic and Njoku would've been prepared just in case.

The vehicle - known as the Apocalypse Hellfire and costs a reported $200,000 - comes from a company called Apocalypse Manufacturing. The company posted a picture of the vehicle on its X account and indicated the NFL star had purchased one.

Njoku replied to the post, "Yall keep talkin bout this eclipse apocalypse but no one wanna get prepared."

Fans were more interested in the fuel bill for the vehicle than anything else. One replied to the post, "I know the 4 miles per gallon hurts." Another stated, "That's gotta be like 6 miles per gallon." While a third posted, "Huge waste of gas money."

But what the concerned fans don't know is that the Apocalypse Hellfire gets a reported 17-19 miles per gallon.
