Baltimore Ravens Have Quick Turnaround Ahead of Cincinnati Bengals on Thursday Night Football
The Baltimore Ravens will not have much time to lament after a 33-31 loss to the Cleveland Browns as they will be back in action on Thursday Night Football for a matchup with the Cincinnati Bengals.
"I'm proud of our guys, I thought we played very hard, we fought, we competed, but we did not play well enough," Harbaugh said. "We did not play the kind of winning football we need to play to win a game like that. Different situations, all three phases, and the coaching staff so we got to put it behind us. It's a long season in the NFL, you have games like this, you do lose games like this in this league and we've got to bounce back and play our best football on Thursday night."
The Ravens picked up their third loss of the season against the Browns on Sunday, blowing a 14-point fourth quarter lead to lose on a game-winning field goal.
Now, instead of being tied for first place in the AFC with the Kansas City Chiefs, Baltimore sits in second place and will have to fight even harder to secure a first-round bye in the playoffs.
That will start with a bout against its AFC North rivals, the Bengals. The two teams faced off earlier in the season in Week 2 when the Ravens traveled to Paycor Stadium in Cincinnati and took home a 27-24 win.
When the two teams face off again this week, Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow will be in much better condition after playing through an injury in Week 2. The game will be at M&T Bank Stadium on Thursday night at 8:15 p.m.
