On Wednesday, the Ravens waived running back Melvin Gordon, who had filled in for the team after season-ending injuries piled up in the running back room to J.K. Dobbins and Keaton Mitchell.

That roster spot wasn't open very long, as on Thursday, the newly acquired ball carrier Dalvin Cook joined the team. Ravens coach John Harbaugh indicated to reporters that Cook "will be there" against the Texans on Saturday.

Cook carries the ball 67 times for 214 yards and had 15 receptions for 78 yards before being released by the Jets before the end of the regular season, making him available to contribute to a playoff contender.

Harbaugh also updated the status of wideout Devin Duvernay after he was activated from injured reserve, indicating he'll be available for the matchup with the Texans this weekend. Duvernay missed the past four weeks with a back injury.

Pro Bowl tight end Mark Andrews is available to come off of the injured reserve list, and Harbaugh described his status "up in the air" for the Divisional round contest against the Texans on Saturday.

In ten games before going down with an ankle injury on Nov. 16, Andrews caught 45 balls for 544 yards and six touchdowns.
