Jason and Travis Kelce React to Ravens Signing Derrick Henry
The Baltimore Ravens agreed to a two-year, $16 million deal with superstar running back Derrick Henry on Tuesday, adding to their already potent rushing attack that led the league in rushing yards last season.
On Wednesday's episode of New Heights with Jason and Travis Kelce, the two brothers reacted to the signing, and Travis added a little personal flair to the discussion.
"The biggest [expletive] freight train in the NFL just went to one of the best rushing attacks that the NFL has to offer, in Derrick Henry signing with the Ravens," Travis said. "The Baltimore Ravens getting a two-year, $16 million deal worth up to $20 million ... Um... that's going to be [expletive] fun to watch and that's going to be fun to go up against!
"I'm intrigued as a [expletive] to see how that works out with the rushing attack that they've already had over the years.
Jason chimed in with a Philadelphia comparison, "We were just talking about Philly's skill positions, you wanna talk about some skill positions? Baltimore's over there with Zay (Flowers) and now Derrick Henry, Lamar Jackson, Mark Andrews."
Travis added, "Mark Andrews and Isaiah Likely, the two-headed monster they have there!"

Jason is freshly retired from the NFL after a long career with the Philadelphia Eagles.
Travis, of course, plays for the two-time defending champion Kansas City Chiefs and faces the Ravens regularly as an AFC foe. The two teams faced up in the AFC Championship game this past season with Kelce and the Chiefs coming out on top 17-10, partially due to the Ravens' inability to run the ball against Kansas City.
That could all change now going into 2024.
