Halfway through the fourth quarter with the Baltimore Ravens leading the Jacksonville Jaguars 20-7, defensive tackle Justin Madubuike wrestled Trevor Lawrence to the ground, forcing a fumble in the process and picking up yet another sack.

The strip sack, which the Ravens recovered and turned into a field goal, marked Madubuike's 12th sack of the season, career-high. Baltimore would go on to win the game 23-7 to move to 11-3 on the year, thanks in part to the defensive tackle's stellar defense.

"I call him baby Aaron Donald," star quarterback Lamar Jackson said via NBC. "Man, shout out to 'Buike, he deserves it."

The Baltimore Ravens held the Jacksonville Jaguars to just 75 rushing yards in the win.

The sack also helped Madubuike write his name in the history books, as he picked up at least half a sack in his 11th straight game, tying the NFL record. The record is also held by Chris Jones of the Kansas City Chiefs and Trey Hendrickson of the Cincinnati Bengals, along with retired defensive linemen Jared Allen and Shaun Ellis.

"Just trusting the guys around me, and just taking it one day at a time," Madubuike said via NBC. "Working hard, believing, trusting the process and the results are here. I'm just thankful, I thank god, and we're not done yet."

A breakout season feels like an understatement for the year that Madubuike is having. He has set career-highs in five major statistical categories with 45 tackles, 30 quarterback hits, 12.0 sacks, 11 tackles for loss and a forced fumble. His previous career highs in sacks and quarterback hits were 5.5 and nine respectively, with both occurring last season.

Madubuike will be looking to break the tie for the record in what could be the Ravens' biggest game of the year against Brock Purdy and the San Francisco 49ers on Christmas Day. The Super Bowl XLVII rematch will be in San Francisco at 8:15 p.m.
