'Double-Triple' King: Baltimore Ravens QB Lamar Jackson Adds to 'Do-It-All' NFL Record
In this story:

He's been in the NFL for five seasons now, and Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson keeps racking up do-it-all numbers. Even in a losing effort on Sunday, as the Ravens fell 22-19 to the Indianapolis Colts, where Jackson had hard-to-ignore two fumbles, the franchise quarterback still up eye-popping stats.

In fact, without the two fumbles, Jackson's 22 of 31 passing for 202 yards, with another 101 yards and two touchdowns rushing, would be considered a great day for most quarterbacks. Having triple digits in passing and rushing yards is something special, which has become somewhat normal for Jackson.

According to Pro Football Talk, Jackson has recorded over 100 yards passing and rushing on 15 occasions. Jackson ranks first all-time for "double-triple" games in NFL history.

Writes PFT: "A double-triple is PFT’s stat recognizing a player who has triple-digit yardage in two different statistical categories. No one else has done it as many times as Jackson, who has 13 regular season double-triples as well as two in the playoffs."

Former NFL quarterback Michael Vick was the previous holder of this record, as he recorded eight double-triple games in his career. Considering that fact, it shows how productive Jackson has been for the Ravens in just his five seasons.

Three games into offensive coordinator Todd Monken's new system, the reviews have mostly been positive. While Jackson hasn't thrown for more than 237 yards through three weeks, he has been efficient, completing 73.3 percent of his passes, which ranks him second, only behind the Los Angeles Chargers' Justin Herbert.

Jackson will look to bounce back from his two-fumble game versus the Colts with a win over AFC North rivals, the Cleveland Browns, who are 2-1 after demolishing the Tennessee Titans 27-3.
