Lamar Jackson After Win vs. Bengals - 'We Have To Stay Focused'

Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson spoke about his mindset after a win against the Cincinnati Bengals.

Baltimore Ravens MVP quarterback Lamar Jackson is making sure not to lose sight of what the team is playing for after an impressive 27-24 win over the Cincinnati Bengals at Paul Brown Stadium.

"To me, it don't mean anything yet, that's just two wins in a 17 game season," Jackson said. "We have to stay focused and get ready for our next opponents. We gotta stay locked in cause it's not a championship game."

Jackson and the Ravens controlled the game from the start, beginning the game with a 13-play 75-yard touchdown drive that took up 7:48. For the entirety of the game, Baltimore never trailed for a single second.

The star quarterback had a great game, going 24-of-33 with 237 yards and two touchdowns and adding 54 rushing yards with his legs. He wasn't sacked a single time during the game and was only hit once.

The Ravens missed Jackson at the end of last season when he was forced to miss their Wild Card game matchup with the Bengals. They lost by one touchdown, 24-17, without their starting MVP quarterback.

Now, the goal for Jackson and Baltimore is to return to the playoffs and the Super Bowl. They are off to a good start, undefeated at 2-0 at the top of the AFC North, while their top competitor, Joe Burrow and the Cincinnati Bengals, sit at 0-2.

Baltimore will return to action in Week 3 when they host the Indianapolis Colts at M&T Bank Stadium on Sunday at 1 p.m. ET.
