A ton of offseason questions for the Baltimore Ravens were answered on the day of the NFL Draft and in the weeks after.

Questions surrounding the quarterback position and the wide receiver room were a thing of the past when Lamar Jackson agreed to a long-term deal on April 27th, just hours before the team selected Boston College wideout Zay Flowers in the first round.

A couple of weeks prior to the draft, the team had already inked free agent receiver Odell Beckham Jr. to a one-year deal, possibly as an enticement to draw Jackson back to the flock.

Combine those moves with the addition of Nelson Agholor in late March, and the Ravens have a bonafide receiver corps and a top-talent arm to throw to them. But will this mean instant success for the new offense under new coordinator Todd Monken?

NFL talent guru Brian Baldinger doesn't think so.

"[Jackson] has to find the guys that he trusts, whether it's OBJ or Zay Flowers, there's gonna be somebody that he's going to trust in the red zone, third down, you need a play, this is where the ball's going," Baldinger said. "And that sometimes takes games. It might take September, it might take into October.

"We've seen all the names. That's great. Now you've got to find the chemistry that has to get created in the next couple months."

Beckham Jr. has been with enough teams now to know chemistry doesn't happen by accident, and spoke about working with Jackson during minicamp earlier this month. Beckham said that he and Jackson are planning on training together prior to the start of training camp in late July.

"Chemistry is going to develop over time. I know I'll be down in Florida training with him, so we'll have plenty of time," Beckham said. "It's not something that I'm worried about."
