Former Ravens OC Greg Roman Joins Jim Harbaugh On Chargers Staff
Former Baltimore Ravens offensive coordinator Greg Roman is back in the NFL.
Roman, who held the position under John Harbaugh in Baltimore from 2019 to 2022, is reportedly joining the new Jim Harbaugh staff in Los Angeles as a senior offensive assistant for the Chargers.
Roman joined the Ravens originally in 2006 when he was hired as an offensive line assistant. He left in 2008 to join his alma mater, Holy Spirit High School as the offensive coordinator.
The John Carroll product then joined the Ravens again in 2017 as a senior offensive assistant and tight ends coach for one season, then was promoted to assistant head coach and tight ends coach in 2018.

Roman served as Jim Harbaugh's offensive coordinator at Stanford from 2009-2010 before moving with Harbaugh to San Francisco from 2011 to 2014. He has also served on the staffs of the Panthers, Texans, and Bills in the NFL.
