With the Baltimore Ravens officially signing WR Laquon Treadwell, the organization created roster space by releasing undrafted free agent QB Nolan Henderson, per Jeff Zrebiec.

Henderson, a three-year starter at Delaware, was signed by Baltimore on May 5th and released by the team just a month and a day later. He amassed 6,429 yards in college and is second in Delaware history with 56 touchdown passes.

Notably, the 24-year-old is also a native of Delaware, foregoing his final year of eligibility with his college team to play for the Ravens, effectively Henderson's hometown NFL team. Though his search for a new roster begins following the Ravens need for space.

This move by the organization creates room to sign former first-round draft pick Laquon Treadwell to the team. Formerly the 23rd overall pick by the Vikings in 2016, Treadwell has signed to a one-year deal.

Enduring an NFL journey that has featured four different teams, the 27-year-old wideout has amassed just 1,226 yards and five touchdowns in his seven years in the league.

Treadwell was a member of the Seattle Seahawks last season and hauled in six receptions for 43 yards over the course of six games. The Ravens now have five former first-round wide receivers, led by the recent signing of Odell Beckham Jr.
