'Game Time!' Die-Hard Fan Getting Tattoo For Every Ravens Win Until Super Bowl
There are fans, and then there are fans. Nic Cullison falls in the latter category.
According to a story released by ESPN this week, Cullison is a die-hard Baltimore Ravens fan, and for the past three seasons, he has gotten a new tattoo for every win the franchise has tallied...a trend that he will continue until the Ravens win another Super Bowl.
"The biggest question was: 'Are you going to do this until they win a Super Bowl?'" Cullison said. "That's a tattoo every week. That's a lot of work. I'm like, 'We're doing this, it's game time.'"
Cullison has 30 tattoos commemorating Ravens victories, all of which are done by his wife. He also shares the new tattoos on his social media account. Cullison is a native of Maryland, and he is currently on active duty for the Navy in Oklahoma.
The news of his feats has reached the Ravens roster, and Baltimore kicker Justin Tucker shared his thoughts in disbelief.
"I think it's a bold choice to get tattoos for every single win," Tucker said. "He might be running out of space because we've been winning a lot recently. Hopefully, we can keep that going, and keep getting our guy inked up."
Has Lamar Locked Up the MVP Already?
The Ravens certainly have acquired a lot of wins in recent years, and they will represent the AFC as the No. 1 seed in the playoffs this season. Before that, however, they will host the Pittsburgh Steelers on Saturday in a 4:30 p.m. ET kickoff on ESPN and ABC.
Perhaps this will mark yet another tattoo for the adventurous Cullison, but he appears to be poised to receive multiple during a playoff run, as well.
