Mark Andrews Listed As Full Participant At Ravens Practice
It's pretty incredible to think that the Baltimore Ravens offense was as dominant as they were in 2023 without the everyday usage of their top-receiving threat.
Tight end Mark Andrews only played in 10 games this season and was lost for the remainder of the regular season due to a significant ankle injury.
Now, it appears Andrews is healthy right before the Ravens hit the field for their first playoff game on Saturday.
Baltimore's top tight end was a full participant in practice Wednesday after being limited on Tuesday. While there is no word yet on whether the All-Pro will be able to play this week, the full practice is a sign that he's very close to returning to the field.
In nine starts this season, Andrews caught 45 passes for 544 yards and six touchdowns. He did not play in the Ravens' 25-9 season-opening win over the same Texans they are playing against this weekend due to a quad injury.
Wide receiver Zay Flowers, and linebackers Malik Harrison and Odafe Oweh also returned to the field after missing time yesterday.
Ravens, Texans Missing Significant Pieces Before Divisional Round Matchup
Baltimore kicks off their playoff run as the AFC's top seed Saturday against an upstart Houston Texans squad that is coming off a 45-14 win in the wild card round over the Cleveland Browns.
