Ravens BREAKING: Geno Stone Leaves Baltimore 'Home,' Signs with Rival Cincinnati Bengals in NFL Free Agency

The Baltimore Ravens defense was tied for the NFL lead in turnovers in 2023 with 31, and safety Geno Stone was a major reason why.

But now the Cincinnati Bengals are the ones involved in a "takeaway.''

Stone had a breakout campaign last season, as he led the Ravens and was second in the league with seven interceptions, and on Monday the former seventh-round pick agreed to a deal to go down the highway and sign with AFC rival the Cincinnati Bengals.

"At the end of the day, Baltimore is always home," Stone said on NFL Network. "But business is business ... I just wanna be somewhere where I’m appreciated and who wants me to be a starter.”

The Ravens entered this process strapped for cap space, and they took care of defensive tackle Justin Madubuike, who led the team with 13 sacks. But they were not able to do the same for Stone, age 24 ... one of a handful of key free agents from the best defense in the NFL last season who might be finding a new "home.''
