Matt Ryan has been ruled OUT for the remainder of the game.

Matt Schaub has replaced Ryan and led the Falcons to a touchdown late in the fourth quarter.
The Falcons are losing to the Rams 37-10 after a special teams forced fumble and touchdown by the Rams.
