Beloved Saints Tight End Tackling Insane Arctic Challenge To Benefit Charity

Jimmy Graham will be part of a four-member team that is planning to row across the Arctic Ocean in July 2025.

Saints tight end Jimmy Graham is known for much more than what he does on the football field, as he obtained his private pilot license in 2011. He even posted on his personal Instagram a message to Saints fans from his aircraft saying, "It's been real NO. Thank you for all the love."

While we wait to see whether or not Graham is actually done playing football, he's going to have a new challenge in front of. He'll be part of a four-member team that is planning to row across the Arctic Ocean in July 2025 to benefit several charities: Covenant House, the Jimmy Graham Foundation and Laureus Sport for Good USA.

Covenant House thanked Graham for including them, to which Graham responded on X, "Of course. New Orleans is dear to me and what you do for the struggling youth in that city is truly special. Like myself, some of them just need a helping hand and a caring voice to show them what’s possible."

Graham's crew are eyeing a Guinness World record to become the first mixed-gendered team to row across the Arctic Ocean. They're also the first American team to row across a polar ocean.
