Saints 90-man Training Camp Roster

Here is a look at the Saints updated 90-man roster as they head into 2023 training camp.

The New Orleans Saints open their 57th NFL training camp in less than two weeks. Each NFL team opens training camp with a roster of 90 players. Remember that this year there is only one round of mandatory cuts to set the 53-man rosters for the regular season.

Saints rookies report for training camp on July 18. Veterans report the following week, on July 25. The first official training camp practice, not in pads, is scheduled for July 26. There will be seven camp practices open to the public at the team’s training facility this summer. 

New Orleans has three preseason contests scheduled. 

Aug. 13 - vs. Chiefs 

Aug. 20 - at Chargers 

Aug. 27 - vs. Texans 

The Saints will hold two joint practices with the Chargers before their Week 2 preseason game. They'll also have two joint practices with the Texans before the preseason finale for both squads. 

The only mandatory cut-down date for NFL teams is on Tuesday, August 29, when all teams must set their 53-man rosters. New Orleans opens the 2023-24 season at home against the Tennessee Titans on Sunday, September 10.
