Saints Final Injury Report | Week 14

Two Saints rookies have been ruled out of action for Sunday against the Panthers, while we wait and see what happens with Taysom Hill and Derek Carr.

Two Saints players have been ruled out of action ahead of Sunday's game against the Panthers. Based on how practice unfolded this week, it was hardly a surprise. Here's how the final injury report of Week 14 looks for New Orleans.

Week 14 - Saints Final Injury Report

  • OUT: Isaiah Foskey (quadricep), Kendre Miller (ankle)
  • QUESTIONABLE: Taysom Hill (foot/left hand), Rashid Shaheed (thigh), Derek Carr (concussion/rib/right shoulder), Juwan Johnson (quadricep), Pete Werner (shoulder/oblique), Cam Jordan (ankle), Chris Olave (illness), Nick Saldiveri (shoulder), Blake Grupe (right groin) 

Cam Jordan was back out there and was a limited participant of practice. We did not see Hill, Olave, Shaheed, Miller or Foskey during Friday's open Saints practice made available to the media. Derek Carr was once again present and throwing and was a full participant, but remains in the concussion protocol.

Dennis Allen revealed during his final press conference of the week that Olave has been dealing with the flu. He has been at home and will be in the building this afternoon with the team doctors. As for Kendre Miller, Allen said that there has been no setback involved with his ankle injury. He has 'made significant strides in his rehab' according to Allen, but the road to recovery has 'kind of stalled a little bit'. Isaiah Foskey reaggravated his quad injury.

Erik McCoy (shoulder), Ryan Ramczyk (knee) and Andrus Peat (shoulder) do not carry game designations going into Sunday.
