The New Orleans Saints and fullback Adam Prentice have agreed to terms, according to John Hendrix of the Saints News Network. Prentice re-signs as a critical contributor for blocking and protecting the team's quarterbacks and tailbacks.
Last season, he rushed twice for 12 yards. During his three seasons in New Orleans, Prentice has 31 game appearances, rushing nine times for 26 yards and gaining six first downs. He's caught eight passes for 37 yards and recorded two receiving first downs.
New Orleans signed former Los Angeles Chargers fullback Zander Horvath on Thursday, March 7.
