The NFL announced the reporting dates and locations of training camp for all 32 teams on Wednesday afternoon. The Saints will officially stay in Metairie for camp at the Ochsner Sports Performance Center. The rookies will report on July 18, and the veterans will join them on July 25.

The reporting dates are what we expected, as camp is expected to kick off on Wednesday, July 26. New Orleans has not yet announced their training camp schedule and what practices will be open to the public. We should get an announcement on that sooner rather than later. Last year, 10 practices were open to fans, and that might scale back some this season from everything we have been told.

The Saints will have joint practices with the Chargers out in Costa Mesa ahead of their Week 2 preseason game on Aug. 20, followed by joint practices with the Texans right after ahead of the preseason finale in the Superdome.
