Saints Wednesday Injury Report | Week 6

13 Saints players pop up on the first injury report to kick off Week 6.
In this story:

The Saints put out their first injury report of Week 6 ahead of their matchup with the Texans on Sunday. Wednesday saw 13 players end up on on there to kick the week off, and here's how it looked.

Week 6 - Saints Wednesday Injury Report

  • DID NOT PRACTICE: Juwan Johnson (calf), Lonnie Johnson Jr. (hamstring), Adam Prentice (knee), J.T. Gray (hamstring), Landon Young (hip)
  • LIMITED: Ryan Ramczyk (NIR-Rest), Jimmy Graham (NIR-Rest), Cam Jordan (back), Chris Olave (toe), James Hurst (foot)
  • FULL: Derek Carr (right shoulder), Marcus Maye (return from suspension), Andrus Peat (concussion)

Both Prentice and Gray left Sunday's game against the Patriots early with their injuries. As for Olave, he was testing things out before the game and was able to play. It's obviously something we'll keep an eye on as the week progresses, but it doesn't seem like it'll hold him out of action.

Marcus Maye officially returned from his suspension this week, and Ramczyk and Graham are normal characters on the first injury report. The team also signed J.P. Holtz, Jontre Kirklin, and Tommy Kraemer to the practice squad.

Texans Wednesday Injury Report

  • DID NOT PRACTICE: Laremy Tunsil (knee), Shaquil Griffin (calf), Tank Dell (concussion), Robert Woods (NIR-rest/ribs), Maliek Collins (abdomen)
  • LIMITED: Blake Cashman (wrist), George Fant (hip/shoulder), Christian Harris (concussion), Shaquille Mason (ankle)
  • FULL: Noah Brown (groin), Tytus Howard (hand), Josh Jones (hand), Denzel Perryman (hand/wrist), Tavierre Thomas (hand)
