Adding to an already difficult start to Sunday's Week 6 contest at Cleveland, the Seahawks could be without one of their best receiving weapons for the foreseeable future.

Second-year tight end Will Dissly left the game during the early stages of the second quarter after suffering an apparent Achilles injury. He's been ruled out to return.

The injury occurred when Dissly's left leg buckled as he tried to adjust to an errant pass in the end zone from Russell Wilson. He laid on the turf for a few moments as trainers looked at his leg and eventually had to be helped to the sideline before being evaluated in the medical tent.

Coming off a torn patellar tendon, Dissly has been one of the feel-good stories of the 2019 season. Returning in time for training camp, he's caught 23 passes for 262 yards and hauled in four touchdown passes from Wilson.

If his injury proves to be a serious one, the Seahawks will be left with recently re-signed veteran Luke Willson and Jacob Hollister as the only two tight ends on the active roster. The possible return of veteran Ed Dickson from injured reserve after Week 8 now takes on far greater importance for the team.
