With Adams being a full go on Wednesday, it became a possibility that he would make his season debut against the Panthers after missing nearly all of last season. However, it seems like the Seahawks are easing him back in. His return back to practice is already a great sign.

"He’s as close as he can get to going. We’ll see how this winds up," Carroll said of Adams. "He’ll be in the middle of it next week for sure. I’m really excited for him. He’s done a fantastic job of conditioning and being on it so consistently that he’s created an opportunity for him to get back here.”

The Seahawks' secondary will also be without Woolen and Bryant. Woolen suffered a chest injury in Week 2's win over the Detroit Lions.

Despite Seattle's long list of injuries throughout practice this week, Carolina is dealing with injury news that might be more significant. The Panthers will be without rookie quarterback and No. 1 overall pick Bryce Young, who is dealing with an ankle injury.
