Seahawks WATCH: Jake Bobo Scores First NFL TD vs. Panthers

Seattle Seahawks rookie receiver Jake Bobo snagged his first-career NFL touchdown in Sunday's win over the Carolina Panthers.

Seattle Seahawks rookie receiver Jake Bobo snagged his first-career NFL touchdown in Sunday's 37-27 win over the Carolina Panthers at Lumen Field.

With Seattle leading 29-20 late in the fourth quarter, Bobo sealed the deal for the Seahawks with a five-yard score that saw him barely get both foot down in the back of the end zone. Seattle went for two and got it, making it a three-possession game at 37-20.

Take a look:

"Loved it," Seahawks coach Pete Carroll said after the game. "I was so fired up that Jake (Bobo) got that. We missed some opportunities to him today, but he's going to be a big factor. He did some really good things in this game today. I couldn't see how intricate it was at the back line, but I'm sure he did it perfectly. He would figure out how to get in bounds. Great little play, great call, great throw by G (Geno Smith), and also to finish it off like that."

Carroll said early in Week 3 prep that the offense hasn't gotten enough of the undrafted rookie.

“We haven’t gotten enough of Bobo,” Carroll said with a smile. “We kind of got going with him, but I’d like to see him become more part of it. He’s busting his tail, he’s ready to go, he’s ready to do whatever we need him to do, and we love having him on the club. He’s got so much versatility and so many unique traits that he brings us. It won’t be long.”

The Seahawks visit the New York Giants in Week 4 on Monday Night Football.
