Seattle Seahawks Ex Marshawn Lynch Says He 'Didn't F*** With' Russell Wilson, Pete Carroll

"I wouldn't be the right person to speak on their relationship because I didn't f*** with them. ... I didn't f*** with Pete, and then I mean Russ was just a quarterback for me," Seattle Seahawks legend Marshawn Lynch said.

Despite their Super Bowl-winning success together, some of the key members of the Seattle Seahawks team to hoist the Lombardi Trophy 10 years ago weren't in as tight of a brotherhood that it appeared to be.

In a conversation with Shannon Sharpe on "Club Shay Shay," Lynch revealed some of his thoughts about quarterback Russell Wilson and head coach Pete Carroll.

"I wouldn't be the right person to speak on their relationship because I didn't f--k with them. ... I didn't f*** with Pete, and then I mean Russ was just a quarterback for me," Lynch said.

This isn't the first time over the last 10 years that Lynch has shared that he may not be friends with his former teammate and coach.

As we all remember and Seahawks fans likely try to forget, Wilson's final pass in Super Bowl XLIX against the New England Patriots was picked off by Malcolm Butler at the 1-yard line and Seattle lost 28-24. Just when we thought we had heard all of the angles from this instance, Lynch revealed that he and the team were so shocked at the play call that they didn't have time to register.

"To be honest, I looked at nine of the other guys, and they looked at me, like, what the f*** just happened?" Lynch said, recalling Wilson relaying the coaches' decision to pass the ball from the 1-yard line, trailing 28-24, with 26 seconds left. "Man, the look on all my teammates' faces in the huddle, it spoke volumes. ... By the time it (set) in, (I'm thinking), 'What the f*** did he just call?' You just hear all the cheering from the other sideline."

While there was likely animosity apart from that play call most Seahawks fans wish to forget, it appears as if that could be the main culprit behind Lynch's distancing from the team since he left Seattle.
