Seahawks' Mike Macdonald to Speak at Washington Huskies Coaching Clinic
Seattle Seahawks coach Mike Macdonald is wasting no time getting involved with his new community.
According to The Seattle Times, Macdonald will be a special guest speaker at the University of Washington's Be A Pro Coaching Clinic, taking place April 5-6. The newly-hired Seahawks coach will reportedly speak in a defensive breakout room.
Macdonald, the youngest head coach in the league at 36 years old, joins a stacked lineup of speakers at the event. Other speakers include Seahawks general manager John Schneider and legendary New England Patriots coach Bill Belichick, whose son Steve Belichick recently became the Washington Huskies' defensive coordinator.
Additionally, Brennan Carroll, son of longtime Seahawks coach Pete Carroll, is now the Huskies' offensive coordinator.

Macdonald, who spent the past two seasons as the Baltimore Ravens' defensive coordinator, has the unenviable task of replacing Pete Carroll, who led the Seahawks to a 137-89-1 record with a Super Bowl XLVIII title in his 14 years with the team.
