Seahawks Ex Richard Sherman Arrested for DUI Near Seattle
Former Seattle Seahawks cornerback and current TV analyst Richard Sherman is having trouble with the law again.
Per reports from Fox 13 Seattle, Sherman was arrested early Saturday morning and booked into a King County Jail. The matter is currently under investigation, as no further details are currently available.
In July 2021, Sherman was arrested in Washington for a suspicion of felony domestic violence, but the charges were eventually dropped. Video showed Sherman trying to beat down the front door of his father-in-law.
Sherman then entered a plea deal in March 2022 after negligent driving charges from a separate incident.
Sherman, 35, recently began a role as an analyst on Fox's "Undisputed" with Skip Bayless and Keyshawn Johnson. The former Seahawk has also served as an analyst on Amazon Prime's "Thursday Night Football"over the past two seasons.

In his playing days, Sherman was arguably the best corner of his era. In eight seasons in Seattle, Sherman was a three-time first-team All-Pro selection and a staple of the Seahawks legendary "Legion of Boom" defense, winning Super Bowl XLVIII along the way. After leaving Seattle in 2018, he also spent time with the San Francisco 49ers and Tampa Bay Buccaneers before retiring after the 2021 season.
