Before his official release from the Denver Broncos, former Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson is testing the free-agent market to see where his third NFL destination will be, and three teams are already in the mix.

Per multiple reports, Wilson is meeting with the Pittsburgh Steelers on Friday. NFL Network's Ian Rapoport tweeted that Wilson was spotted at the Newark Airport in New Jersey on Friday morning before his commercial flight to Pittsburgh.

Fans at the airport reportedly lucked out by getting some pictures with Wilson, who was also featured in a selfie with the flight attendants on his plane.

But despite all the hype before heading to Pittsburgh, Wilson was flying out of New Jersey after visiting with the New York Giants on Thursday, which ESPN's Adam Schefter called "an exploratory meeting."

Per Schefter, Wilson is also preparing to meet with some other teams, "possibly" the Las Vegas Raiders.

Things went sour for Wilson down the stretch of his final season in Denver after just two seasons, but regardless of what fans around the league think about his ability at age 35, it's clear other teams envision a role for him next season.
