The Seattle Seahawks head east to the Queen City to take on a suddenly healthy Cincinnati Bengals team with both sides hoping to gain momentum. Cincinnati might have its offense back on track after an impressive 34-20 win over the Arizona Cardinals last week that not only improved the team's record to 2-3 but built some confidence offensively that's been lacking all season.

Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow and his calf injury - suffered early in training camp - seem to be more of a non-issue each week as he appears healthier than he has all season. He said Wednesday that it's “pretty close” to being 100 percent healed.

Burrow connected with wideout Ja'Marr Chase for three touchdowns in the win over Arizona, finally looking like the scoring tandem we've become used to seeing from the two since 2019. With a win against Seattle, the Bengals could have a two-game winning streak heading into their bye at .500 for the first time all year.

Cincinnati was in much of the same situation last season starting the year 0-2. The Bengals made it to 4-4 before they rattled off 10 in a row and the AFC North title.

The Seahawks haven't lost since opening week and are on a three-game winning streak. They're well-rested after enjoying their bye last week, allowing players to get some rest and to heal.

“It was a great break. Hopefully, we can maximize the opportunity coming out of it,” Seattle coach Pete Carroll said. “I’m concerned about that. We have to do a really good job about being on the details and the discipline that it takes to make sure that we get back on track because it’s just not automatic that everything is exactly the same as when you left it.”
