Did Antonio Brown Just Announce He's Joining the Ravens?

Did Antonio Brown just announce he's joining the Pittsburgh Steelers rivals?
In this story:

PITTSBURGH -- Antonio Brown is returning to the NFL - maybe. The former Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver made the announcement on Twitter that he's "excited to return to the NFL" with the hastag RavensFlock afterward and a picture of him in a Baltimore Ravens jersey.

Brown's return would be a crazy but not unlikely move for the former All-Pro. He's tried numerous times to make some sort of NFL comeback, but has also announced his retirement from the NFL in the past.

The Ravens have loaded up on weapons for Lamar Jackson after he signed a new five-year deal to remain with the team as the NFL's highest-paid player. They went out and signed Odell Beckham Jr. to a one-year deal and then used their first-round pick in the 2023 NFL Draft to select Boston College receiver Zay Flowers.

At this point, you don't know if Brown is tweeting something serious or not about his playing career. What you do know is that he's reportedly in legal trouble for not paying child support, and has posted several videos of him smoking what appears to be marijuana during his time away from the league.

If he does sign somewhere, even the Ravens, chances are the NFL will get involved to assure he's in good spirits with the law and their personal conduct policies before he plays.
