Steelers Assistant Named Senior Bowl Coach

The Pittsburgh Steelers offense will have a representative at this year's Senior Bowl.

PITTSBURGH -- The Pittsburgh Steelers will have a coaching representative at the 2024 Reese's Senior Bowl as assistant offensive line coach Isaac Williams is set to coach the o-line for the American Team in Mobile, Alabama.

Williams finished his second season with the Steelers this fall, joining the team in 2022 as their assistant o-line coach, working alongside Pat Meyers. In his two years with the team, running back Najee Harris has rushed for over 1,000 yards and the team climbed from 24th in the league in rushing through the first half of the 2022 season to the top three by the end of the year.

Williams will have an opportunity to coach some big names in Mobile, including TCU's Brandon Coleman, Miami's Javion Cohen, Kentucky's Jeremy Flax, Missouri's Javon Foster, Maryland's Delmar Glaze, and Oklahaoma's Tyler Guyton.

It'll also allow the Steelers to have a closer look at some of the NFL Draft's top offensive linemen.

Pittsburgh could have their eye on a few offensive tackles and centers in this year's class, and like every year, they're expected to have some big names in Mobile with head coach Mike Tomlin, general manager Omar Khan and Team President Art Rooney II in attendance.
