Steelers Open With Terrible Odds for Super Bowl 58
PITTSBURGH -- The Pittsburgh Steelers barely missed the playoffs in 2022, and with the craziness that happened in the postseason this year, some believe they could've continued their late-season run once they got into the tournament.
That didn't happen, though. And now, the Steelers are waiting for next season to try and prove how far they could go with this team. According to SI Sportsbook, however, they don't have great odds of making a Super Bowl run in 2023, either.
At SI Sportsbook, the Steelers open up with +6600 odds to win Super Bowl LVIII, tied with the Seattle Seahawks, Tennessee Titans and Washington Commanders. Those are tied for the 25th-best odds in the NFL.
Being in the bottom half isn't a surprise for a team many counted out for most of last season. However, with Kenny Pickett returning as the starter for year two and the defense finishing the year in the top ten of the NFL, the pieces are there to make a bit of a splash in 2023.
The Steelers sit below the rest of the AFC North in future odds. The Cleveland Browns (+3300) have the 14th-best odds, the Baltimore Ravens (+2500), have the ninth-best odds, and the Cincinnati Bengals (+900) have the fifth-best odds.
