Steelers Rival Terrell Suggs Arrested
PITTSBURGH -- Former Pittsburgh Steelers rival and Baltimore Ravens linebacker Terrell Suggs has been arrested in Maricopa County Arizona, according to TMZ.
Suggs was arrested on two counts - one for assault and one for offense against public order. He was booked late Tuesday night. According to TMZ, a spokesperson for the Scottsdale Police Dept. said the arrest "stemmed from an incident that was reported to authorities back on March 10."
According to the report, Suggs has since been released.
Suggs played 18 years in the NFL, 16 of which were with the Ravens. He finished his career with a year in Kansas City and a year with the Arizona Cardinals. The Hall of Fame candidate finished his career with two Super Bowl rings, a Defensive Player of the Year Award, seven Pro Bowls and 139 sacks.
