Steelers Will Pick Kenny Pickett Over George Pickens

The Pittsburgh Steelers could have drama brewing, and if they do, it won't turn out in favor of their wide receiver.

PITTSBURGH -- The Pittsburgh Steelers' win over the Tennessee Titans should have led to an optimistic and pretty slow news weekend for the team. Instead, it was filled with speculation that drama was brewing between their star wide receiver and the rest of their offense.

Following the win in Week 9, George Pickens made some questionable decisions on social media that sparked plenty of conversation. After posting "free me" on his Instagram story, Pickens deleted all of his pictures associated with the Steelers, and it was speculated that he unfollowed Kenny Pickett and Mike Tomlin.

He's since posted pictures of him with the Steelers, but the move didn't come until after headlines were made.

Which leads you to wonder what the motive was to repost the pictures and videos. It could have been a way to reset himself to try and bounce back from a poor performance, or someone made a phone call to try and tell him it was creating negative storylines.

If it's the ladder, there are worries for this team. But frankly, the way the NFL works, George Pickens wouldn't win the war if he's trying to have any sort of issue with his quarterback.
