Houston Texans OTA and Minicamp Dates Announced

Winning seven out of 10 one-possession games, the Texans showcased resilience and determination. Despite their AFC Divisional Round exit, their season - highlighted by 10 regular-season victories, an AFC South championship, and a dominant playoff win - left Texans fans brimming with optimism.
As the NFL unveils the schedule for offseason workout programs, the Houston Texans are gearing up to capitalize on their triumphant 2023 season. With a second season under head coach DeMeco Ryans, who led them to victory in the AFC South, the Texans are poised to continue their transformative offseason.
With the nine-week program structured into three phases, anticipation builds as the team prepares to build upon their success and elevate their game for the challenges ahead.
The Texans are slated to kick off their 2024 season with the first day of activities on April 15th. Phase one includes two weeks of meetings, strength and conditioning, and rehab sessions.
On May 20, Organized team activities (OTAs) begin through the following dates: May 20-21, May 23, May 29-31, June 3-4 and June 6. This will include offense vs. defense drills with 7-on-7, 9-on-9, and 11-on-11 practices.
Mandatory minicamp begins June 11 and proceeds through June 13 before the Texans break for the summer.
