Titans Trading Star RB And Texans Killer Derrick Henry?

The Texans could catch a big break this offseason via the NFL trade market

According to reports, the Tennessee Titans have 'shopped' star running back Derrick Henry on the trade market this offseason.

"According to my sources — all of them current general managers — Tennessee Titans running back Derrick Henry, Los Angeles Rams cornerback Jalen Ramsey and Arizona Cardinals receiver DeAndre Hopkins are among the players who’ve been shopped in recent days," NFL insider Mike Silver said.

Former Houston Texans wide receiver great DeAndre Hopkins was also listed as a potential trade candidate that had been shopped, alongside Los Angeles Rams star corner, Jalen Ramsey

Should the Titans indeed move on from Henry, it would be fantastic news for the Texans, who have been tortured by the 6-foot-3, 247-pound back during his time in Nashville.

In 12 games against the Texans in his career, Henry has 225 carries for 1,380 yards and has scored 12 touchdowns, including a stretch from Dec. 2019 to Oct. of 2022, in which he rushed for over 210 yards in four-straight games.

In his last matchup against the Texans in Nashville on Christmas Eve, Henry was held under 200 yards, but he still rushed for 126 yards and a touchdown on 23 carries.
