NASHVILLE - The Tennessee Titans are hosting South Carolina cornerback Cam Smith on a top-30 visit, on Wednesday, according to a report from Ian Rappaport.

Smith is among four corners projected to go within the top 15 to 20 selections, along with Christian Gonzalez, Devon Witherspoon, and Joey Porter Jr.

At 6', 180 lbs, Smith has solid height but could stand to add weight and the athletic profile that makes him an intriguing prospect. His combined numbers include a 4.43 forty, a 38" vertical, and an 11'2" broad jump.

Smith also has the experience, having started 31 games during his Gamecock career. He collected 91 career tackles and six interceptions with 18 passes defended.

It's the film, however, where Smith's coverage skills are evident.

Smith is a solid man coverage corner with upside and is also capable in a zone.  He is also a physical defender, whether it’s in space or in run defense. He reads quickly and flies to the ball and is unafraid of contact, and likes to apply big hits.

Smith and those corners mentioned above would be great additions to the Titans defense, should they decide to select one.
